🔍 Role Overview

My Design Minds is actively hiring for Full Stack Developer Jobs for skilled and experienced developers who can independently design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications. This role is best suited for professionals who thrive in startup or MSME environments, where ownership, speed, accountability, and execution are valued more than rigid corporate processes.

As a Full Stack Developer, you will work across the complete technology stack—frontend, backend, databases, and system integrations. You will collaborate closely with product owners, designers, engineers, and business stakeholders to convert real business requirements into stable, scalable, and efficient software solutions.

This role goes beyond writing code for assigned tasks. You will be expected to understand business problems, propose technical solutions, and take end-to-end ownership of the features and applications you build. Performance, security, scalability, and maintainability will be your responsibility.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Frontend Development

  • Design and develop responsive, user-friendly web interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

  • Work with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js

  • Implement reusable UI components following best practices

  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness

  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to convert wireframes and mockups into functional interfaces

  • Optimize frontend performance, loading speed, and overall user experience

🔹 Backend Development

  • Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services

  • Work with backend technologies such as Node.js & Express, Python (Django/Flask), or PHP (Laravel)

  • Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access control

  • Handle server-side business logic, validations, and error handling

  • Ensure backend systems are secure, scalable, and well-structured

  • Integrate frontend applications with backend services seamlessly

🔹 Database & System Integration

  • Design, manage, and maintain databases using MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar technologies

  • Write optimized queries and ensure efficient data handling

  • Maintain data integrity, backups, and database migration processes

  • Integrate third-party APIs, external services, and payment gateways when required

  • Ensure smooth data flow between systems and applications

🔹 Application Deployment & Maintenance

  • Deploy applications on servers or cloud platforms

  • Manage environment configurations, builds, and release cycles

  • Monitor application performance and troubleshoot production issues

  • Debug, fix, and optimize existing systems

  • Maintain code quality through clean coding practices, documentation, and refactoring

  • Ensure application stability, uptime, and security

🔹 Collaboration & Ownership

  • Work closely with product, design, sales, and business teams

  • Participate in planning, estimation, and technical discussions

  • Take complete ownership of assigned modules or features from development to deployment

  • Support ongoing improvements, bug fixes, and feature enhancements

  • Provide technical inputs during business and project discussions

✅ Mandatory Skills & Requirements

  • 3–4 years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer

  • Strong proficiency in both frontend and backend development

  • Experience with at least one modern frontend framework

  • Solid understanding of backend architecture and API design

  • Practical experience with databases and server-side technologies

  • Familiarity with Git or other version control systems

  • Ability to work independently and deliver results under deadlines

  • Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

  • Good verbal and written communication skills

🎓 Preferred Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

  • Experience working in a startup, agency, or product-based environment

  • Exposure to SaaS platforms, internal tools, or business applications

➕ Good to Have Skills

  • Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure

  • Basic understanding of DevOps practices

  • Familiarity with testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines

  • Experience developing dashboards, admin panels, or analytics-driven applications

  • Ability to suggest technical improvements and architectural enhancements

💰 Salary & Compensation

  • ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Fixed Salary)

  • Compensation based on skills, execution capability, and interview performance
